These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and participation in programs offered by Lazic Martial Arts & Fitness in St. Petersburg, Florida. By using this website or enrolling in services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the parent/legal guardian of a participating minor. Participation confirms you are physically able to engage in martial arts or fitness activities.
2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
Martial arts and fitness training involve inherent risks including injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and release Lazic Martial Arts & Fitness, its owners, staff, and instructors from liability to the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
3. Payment Terms

Memberships may include recurring billing.

Fees are due according to your enrollment agreement.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension.

Chargebacks may incur additional fees.
4. Refund Policy
Membership fees, camp deposits, and program payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are granted at management discretion in compliance with Florida consumer protection laws.
5. Health & Safety
Participants must follow instructor guidance and disclose medical conditions. The gym reserves the right to remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
6. Media Release
Participation grants permission for photos or videos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless written opt-out notice is provided.
7. Website Use Restrictions
You agree not to misuse this website, copy proprietary content, or attempt unauthorized system access. All content is protected under U.S. copyright laws.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. Any legal action must be brought in Pinellas County, Florida. Claims must be brought individually; class actions are waived where permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal laws.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
